How long is the Programme?
10 weeks (2 weeks in Cambridge, 8 weeks online)
Get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself alongside your peers to kick off the programme. Learn about the essence of teamwork through practical and fun activities.
We explore the types of startups and the routes you can take into entrepreneurship. Begin to consider clearer and more viable business ideas.
You team up with potential co-founder(s) to experiment with new techniques to generate creative ideas. Test out the combined strengths, interests and resources of your prospective team member(s).
You form your team of co-founder(s). Prepare to develop more concrete ideas and build your business around them.
We focus on identifying the customer segments your business will serve. We also figure out how to reach them through customer development processes.
You develop a plan on how you are going to deliver your services or products and the costs of delivering them. You also work out an appropriate pricing structure.
Your team is challenged to develop a clear and simple brand and value proposition. The art of articulation and pitching is also developed.
You produce a simple version of your service or product to be tested in the market. This Minimum Viable Product (MVP) will help you to learn about your business' real potential.
Research and understand the opportunities and competitors in your market. This will play an important role in the success of your business and the scale of your revenue.
The best brands are those that build strong relationships with customers, sales channels, suppliers and other partners. We focus on growing your ‘fan base’.
This module is about financial planning and your growth strategy in the first two years of operation. You work out the amount of funding required for your business and how it will be utilised.
Build your pitch deck with your co-founder(s) and refine the art of pitching to potential investors. This could be your first step towards becoming a billionaire!
